Our Return Promise

We stand behind our premium tack and apparel like you stand in your stirrups – with complete commitment. Most unworn, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Consignment Tack (marked as final sale)
  • Helmets (for safety reasons)
  • Grooming Supplies (opened products)
  • Fly Gear (hygiene products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Easy Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return (within 15 days of delivery)

    Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and return request.

  2. Complete the Return Form

    We’ll email you a prepaid return label (for US customers) and our Returns Form to include with your package.

  3. Package Your Items

    Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the completed Returns Form.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Attach the provided label and drop at any DHL/FedEx location (US) or follow international return instructions.

  5. Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on apparel or incorrect items:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above, marking “Exchange” on your return form
  2. Include a note specifying desired size/color
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the return
  4. Expedited shipping available for an additional charge

Return Shipping Costs

  • US Customers: Free returns with our prepaid label
  • International Customers: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
